We were the first awning manufacturer to offer such a service and, to the best of our knowledge, are still the only one.

All Bradcot products carry a
guarantee against faulty materials and/or workmanship for 3 years from the date of initial purchase. Acrylic models also carry our 10 Year "Fade-resist" Guarantee.

Should you have an accident with your awning in the first year, Bradcot will take care of the repair without charge. This cover is conditional upon registering your awning with our Customer Care department within 28 days of initial purchase.
